My Story

I was born and raised in Oregon. I grew up living out in the country with my parents and younger brother. I loved to "play restaurant" outside.
I remember when my mom showed me a cookbook for children that she used when she was a child. I was thrilled and the first recipe I tried in the book was cinnamon toast!
I love cooking with Josephine because I love to meet new people, serve delicious, healthy food to them and their families. I love to make healthy comfort food! I believe that everyone should have a meal to eat so each month I donate 10% of my profits from Josephine meals to The Oregon Food Bank.
